Creating or Resetting Your Password Instructions

  1. Click here to reset your password or recover lost username
  2. Enter the email address for your account and click “Get New Password”.
  3. Check your email for a message with the subject “[IPM Center Grants] Password Reset”.
  4. Click the link in the message to create or reset your password. ( Be sure you are using the most recent reset message.)
  5. In the field for “New Password” either write down the password that is shown or replace it with a password of your choosing.
  6. Click “Reset Password”
  7. Click “Log in”
  8. Enter your username (it is in the email message) or email address and your newly created password.
  9. Click “Log in”
