As an IPM Centers grant recipient, you will be required to submit periodic progress reports. Progress reports are due annually until a final report is approved by an administrator.
Projects awarded in 2020 or later are tracked on this grant system site at https://grants.ipmcenters.org/. Projects awarded prior to 2020 are tracked through the PPMS system at https://projects.ipmcenters.org/.
If you can’t find previously submitted data or encounter other problems with the new system, please contact us.

Project Reports
The new reporting system uses a process similar to the proposal submission system. Reports may be created, modified, and reviewed multiple times before the final submission.
Entering Data: To enter report data, click on the Reports button underneath the project name on the Project Overview page (you must be logged into the system to do this and must have permission to submit reports for the project) . To create a new report, click on the green New Report button. To edit an existing unsubmitted report, click on the report link from the list of reports created for this project. Answer the questions in each of the report sections by clicking on the section and filling out the form. Fields with red asterisks are required. Be sure to click the Save button for each answer to save you entries.
There are two options for entering report data:
- Recommended: Enter and format report data directly into the report using the system’s text editor. This approach is least likely to result in formatting errors. See the instructions below for using the editor to enter tables, images and text into repeatable fields.
- Alternately, create your report using a word processor and then copy and paste the information into the report sections. This approach is likely to result in formatting errors when saving formatted content, tables or images.
When you are finished with a section, click one of three buttons at bottom of the screen:
- Next Section: Moves on to the next section of the reporting form. If the button is not visible then you have reached the end of the reporting form.
- Previous Section: Moves back to the last section in the reporting form. If the button is not visible then you are at the first section of the reporting form.
- Report Overview: Returns to the report overview page. This will show you if you have completed all the required questions and if the report is ready for submission.
Submitting Reports: When your report is ready for submission, click the green “Submit Report” on the Report Overview page. The report will be ready for submission if a green check appears next to each section name. If a red asterisk is displayed you have missed a required question in that section.
